Mindful Impact have a combined 50 years of experience in meditation and mindfulness practice. With a background of both clinical and corporate expertise, the leadership team are able to offer an unrivalled level of support for you and your staff.

An accredited mindfulness teacher since 2015 and a qualified leadership and performance coach since 2013, Mark Sidney has worked with a wide range of organisations. Mark has taught mindfulness in schools, local government organisations, multi-national businesses, healthcare settings, charities, further and higher education settings.

Specialising in 1-2-1 coaching and leadership training, Mark supports aspirational, driven business leaders and managers to adopt a strong personal and business growth mindset. Teaching transferable skills that can be adopted across their workforce.

With a focus on employee wellbeing and support, Rachel Jones-Wild is the clinical lead of the Mindful Therapies Counselling Service and delivers mindfulness for professionals training for counsellors and other professionals wishing to use mindfulness in their work.

Teaching meditation since 2007,  Rachel qualified as a psychotherapeutic counsellor in 2012 and a clinical supervisor since 2015. She is a UKCP registered counsellor and mindfulness supervisor.

The leader in administering our Employee Assistance Programme, Rachel specialises in administering mindfulness courses and workshops. Not only helping to  support your employees through their challenges and difficulties, but providing them with skills and tools to manage their lives and their work more mindfully and more effectively.

Rachel is also the presenter of the podcast, The Cynic’s Guide To Hippy Sh*t.
