WorkplaceMT: An Evidence Informed Approach To Teaching Mindfulness

Research conducted over the last 40 years demonstrates the benefits that can be gained from as little as 6 weeks mindfulness training been found to be effective in treating a range of health conditions and boosting the auto immune system. Mindfulness practice reduces the risk of burnout, increasing resilience and overall well-being.

WorkplaceMT offers clients two distinctive mindfulness at work training programs: WorkplaceMT 60  and WorkplaceMT 90.

WorkplaceMT 60

  • For organisations that need a time effective mindfulness training solution that delivers tangible workplace outcomes
  • Evidence informed approach based on MBCT incorporating the latest research findings
  • 6 weeks x 60 minutes training a week
  • 50% taught input, 50% experiential learning
  • Teaches a combination of formal mindfulness practices along with informal at your desk practical techniques
  • Home practice requirement of around 10 minutes a day for the full duration of the course

WorkplaceMT 90

  • For organisations able to allow more time to develop employees mindfulness skills and understanding
  • Evidence informed approach based on MBCT incorporating the latest research findings
  • 6 weeks x 90 minutes training a week
  • 50% taught input, 50% experiential learning
  • Teaches a combination of formal mindfulness practices along with informal at your desk practical techniques
  • Home practice requirement of around 10 minutes a day for the full duration of the course
  • Includes additional mindfulness tools and techniques that time does not allow for on WorkplaceMT 60
  • Includes additional neuroscience underpinning knowledge that time does not allow for on WorkplaceMT 60
  • Allows more time for embedding skills
