In depth personal mindfulness training for mental fitness

Mindfulness Training one to one

Unique 16 session mindfulness training programme providing an in depth exploration and understanding of mindfulness practice and theory. Sessions are weekly or fortnightly and are usually for 60 or 90 minutes. A minimum of six sessions is recommended.
