Mindfulness Training Courses Tailored for Professional Growth

At Mindful Impact, we offer a diverse range of mindfulness courses designed to cultivate resilience, enhance well-being, and integrate mindfulness into daily work life. These courses are suited for all levels of experience, whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice.

Our offerings include Mindfulness with Attitude at Work, WorkplaceMT, Mindfulness-Based Living Course, and Mindfulness for Stress.

Although we recommend courses be delivered in person, usually on-site, we can also offer these courses online. Mindfulness with Attitude at Work can also be delivered on a retreat basis over two days at a mutually agreed location.

1. Mindfulness with Attitude at Work

Our own course is based on our book, Mindfulness with Attitude. This course is tailored for the workplace. It focuses on integrating mindfulness to foster a positive work environment and enhance productivity. Participants will learn foundational attitudes of mindfulness and how to apply them effectively at work, turning everyday challenges into opportunities for growth and resilience. A copy of the book is provided to all participants.

This course can be delivered over 4 half days (4 hours x4 days) or 10 weekly 90-minute sessions. For participants completing the course, there is the option of further training as meditation facilitators, mindfulness teachers or Mindfulness Champions.

2. WorkplaceMT

This 6-week course uses the Workplace Mindfulness Training model developed by The Mindfulness Exchange, a spin-off from the UK’s Oxford Mindfulness Centre. Based on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), WorkplaceMT is specifically designed to suit the corporate environment. This course aids in reducing workplace stress and enhancing focus by teaching mindfulness techniques that can be practiced during the workday.

Participants will learn to manage stress, respond to workplace challenges with greater calm, and improve overall job performance through heightened focus and presence. The course is featured in the book ‘Mindful Leadership for Dummies’ a copy of which is provided to support ongoing learning and development. Two of our mindfulness teachers are certificated in the delivery of this programme which is delivered over six weeks as either 60 or 90-minute sessions.

3. Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC)

The MBLC, developed by The Mindfulness Association and based on the teachings of Rob Nairn, offers a comprehensive approach to living a mindful life. This course is perfect for those looking to deepen their understanding of mindfulness and integrate its practices more fully into daily life. It covers aspects such as cultivating compassion, dealing with emotions skillfully, and applying mindfulness in communication and relationships.  One of our teachers is certificated to deliver this course which is delivered over 10 weeks with each session lasting two hours.

4. Mindfulness for Stress

Developed by Breathworks and based on the teachings of Vidymala Burch, this course is particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with stress and chronic conditions. It focuses on using mindfulness to manage stress, enhance well-being, and cope with chronic pain and illness, including specific strategies for dealing with challenging physical and emotional conditions. One of our mindfulness teachers is certificated to deliver this course which is two hours per week over 8 weeks.
