Online resources
Mindful Impact will work with you to develop a bespoke menu of online resources that your employees can access. This includes:
- Guided meditations;
- 28 day and 10 week mindfulness courses;
- Workshops on stress, anxiety, work-life balance;
- Desk-based yoga and mindful movement.
Your employees will have access to these resources at any time. This means that all employees can have support as soon as they need it, without waiting, and without needing to disclose anything. These resources will empower your staff to help themselves.
Counselling and psychotherapy from accredited professionals
Mindful Impact has a team of mental health professionals who can offer confidential, non-judgemental support to your staff. Our therapists are accredited by the UKCP or the BACP. Counselling can provide your employees the opportunity to work through their challenges in a safe and confidential environment. Mindful Impact can offer face to face therapy at your workplace or in our space in Newcastle City Centre. We also offer therapy online or over the phone. Our therapists have experience working with a wide range of difficulties including:
- Work-based trauma;
- Work-based stress;
- Eating distress;
- Anxiety and depression;
- Relationship difficulties.
